Information we receive

When you contact us by email or phone, we receive the name, email address, phone number, message and documents you choose to provide. This website does not currently have an on-site inquiry form. A visitor's browser stores a language preference on the device. Our hosting and security provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use inquiries to reply, arrange consultations, assess whether we can assist, coordinate services if you become a client, maintain records, and protect the website. Please do not include Social Security numbers, passport copies, or detailed immigration records in an initial email. Sending an inquiry does not itself establish an attorney-client relationship.

Who may receive it

Messages addressed to info@triumphimm.com are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to our Google Gmail inbox. Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. If you engage our services and the matter requires attorney representation, information may be shared with a licensed attorney as needed for the matter; we will discuss the arrangement with you. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell inquiry information. This statement does not assert what separate providers do outside our control; their own policies apply.

Browser storage and tracking

The site uses browser local storage to remember your language selection; you can clear it in your browser. The current site code does not install analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. We do not use the site to follow you across other websites. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the site's behavior because the site has no cross-site advertising tracking to opt out of. Hosting and email providers may process technical data under their own policies. Links to government sites take you to independent websites.

Your choices and data retention

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you sent by emailing info@triumphimm.com or calling (626) 899-8568. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where needed for services, legal obligations or legitimate records. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes; the precise period depends on the inquiry and any resulting engagement.

Security and changes

We use reasonable measures to safeguard information, but email is not a secure channel for sensitive documents. We will update this page when our practices change and show a new effective date here; if a material change affects information you have already provided, we will use a reasonable additional notice where practicable.
